What started in 1996 as a small email list of my personal friends who were learning Lindy Hop, grew to an email list with over 1300 people on it (at it's heyday) and a website that for a while was widely known in the LA dance community and beyond. I had my 15 minutes (or several years) of fame thanks to Lindyhopping.com.
All good things come to an end, however. With the birth of my first child in 2003, I stopped really having time to update the website or continue the mail list. It took me a couple years to admit defeat and I finally stopped sending out my email list. It's been several years since then, and I will shortly be letting my URL pass on to someone else in the Lindy Hop community! I'm excited that the URL will still continue to promote the love of Lindy Hop.
